How We Help

Deep sadness is a normal reaction to the many ups and downs of life. If the sadness persists for extended periods of time, it feels overwhelming or it is accompanied by other mental or physical symptoms, our team of experienced providers can help you figure out what’s going on.
Depression has a wide range of symptoms such as persistent feelings of unworthiness, guilt, helplessness or hopelessness, difficulty concentrating or remembering things, insomnia, irritability, fatigue, persistent aches and pains, overeating or loss of appetite and digestive problems.
Our providers use a combination of therapy and medication when needed. We use your input to create a treatment plan that is specific to you.
Are you or a loved one feeling persistently worthless, helpless or hopeless, so much so that it’s impacting life in a negative way?
We’re here to help. Our team of experienced providers takes the time to get to know each patient and to really understand what’s going on. We will work together to create the best treatment plan for your symptoms, needs and lifestyle. At the Anxiety & Depression Institute we truly care, and we are here to get you closer to living your life better than ever.
