How We Help

2-how we help (10)

Manic and depressive episodes don’t have to rule your life. At the Anxiety & Depression Institute, our team of experienced providers will help you figure out which type of bipolar you have, as well as the best way to treat it so that you can live your life better than ever.

There are three types of bipolar disorder, Bipolar I Disorder, Bipolar II Disorder and Cyclothymic Disorder or Cyclothymia, each differentiated by the length and patterns of manic and depressive episodes.

Bipolar disorder is marked by mood shifts between extreme elated, irritable or energized behavior known as manic episodes, and extreme sad, indifferent or hopeless periods known as depressive episodes.

Do you or a loved one experience extreme periods of feeling up or down that make it difficult to stick to a routine or get through the day?

Our providers have years of experience diagnosing and treating bipolar disorder. Whether your path involves medication, therapy or both, our treatment plans are customized to who you are. We believe that you play a crucial role in your own treatment, so we work closely together to understand what we can do to help you find long-term happiness and success.
